• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Wasiaxis reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate platform policies.

Wasiaxis offers tiered subscription plans with varying levels of access to platform features and AI capabilities.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the billing cycle ends.
• Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not result in a prorated refund.
• Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits and may be rate-throttled.
• Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Wasiaxis provides AI-powered tools designed to assist with content generation, automation, and decision support.

• AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free.
• You may not use AI tools to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• AI model outputs must not be misrepresented as human-authored professional advice.
• Training data submitted to AI modules may be used to improve platform models unless opted out.

All transactions on Wasiaxis are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

• Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior dispute resolution may lead to account termination.
• Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider at the time of transaction.

Wasiaxis and its licensors retain all rights to the platform's codebase, design systems, and proprietary algorithms.

• You retain ownership of original content you create using Wasiaxis tools.
• You grant Wasiaxis a limited license to display and process your content to deliver services.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying platform architecture is strictly prohibited.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets of Wasiaxis may not be used without written permission.

For managed service and agency clients, Wasiaxis outlines clear expectations around deliverables and timelines.

• Project timelines are estimates and may shift due to scope changes or client feedback cycles.
• Clients are required to provide feedback within 5 business days to maintain delivery schedules.
• Final deliverables are released upon full payment clearance.
• Wasiaxis is not liable for delays caused by third-party integrations or external APIs.

To protect the platform and its users, Wasiaxis enforces a strict list of prohibited behaviors.

• Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data through automated means without authorization.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt platform operations.
• Impersonating Wasiaxis staff, partners, or other registered users.
• Using the platform for spam distribution, phishing schemes, or fraudulent campaigns.

Wasiaxis's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Wasiaxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• The platform is provided 'as-is' without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Force majeure events including outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures limit our obligations.
